Dylan Marschall

Dylan Marschall is a 5th generation California farmer from San Diego, California. While obtaining his degree in finance with an emphasis on real estate, Dylan worked as an intern with Cushman and Wakefield doing real estate appraisals and consultation, specializing in land and agribusiness. He then worked as a full-time appraiser for three years before transitioning to transactional brokerage at CBRE. During his tenure at the world's largest commercial real estate firm, he was responsible for the growth of the National Agricultural Practice and participated in a wide range of significant real estate transactions, exclusively focused on agricultural properties and land. Dylan is now a Senior Vice President at Acre Pro, specializing in California Agribusiness and is also a partner on a specialty crop operation in San Diego that grows 400 acres of permanent plantings. When Dylan isn’t in the field or tending to client needs, he can be found surfing, fishing, or going on hikes with his chocolate lab (Doyle), wife (Samantha), and daughter (Saylor).

Lora Eade

Specializing in all things farm and ranch, Lora Eade grew up on a farm and worked for fortune 500 corporate farms. She is a licensed broker in the state of California and Montana.. Lora’s corporate farming experience, coupled with exceptional business development prowess has led her to be an expert in commercial real estate, specifically within the agriculture market. Educated at Purdue, UC Davis, and USD, Lora has managed thousands of acres in permanent crops and consulted in almonds, pistachios, wine grapes, table grapes, olives, grazing land, and more. Lora is a member of Farm Bureau, Cal Farm Water Coalition, Heritage Foundation in Monterey and San Luis Obispo County, American Wagyu Association, and many more. Lora maintains that “while a sincere handshake is a bedrock of business, my clients also appreciate that I provide the latest technology and industry knowledge.” When she is not working, Lora enjoys spending time with her family of 4, playing tennis, participating in local FFA and 4H to skiing the snowy mountains of Colorado, their family is outgoing, outdoorsy, and imbedded in agriculture.

Matt Marschall

Matt Marschall was born and raised in California Agribusiness. Part of a fourth-generation farm family, Matt has been involved in farmland, specialty crops, and permanent plantings his entire life; from CEO of his family operation to becoming a recognized national land expert. Matt first received his real estate license in 1987 and is also a General Certified Appraiser in California, Arizona, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, and Hawaii. Matt continues to provide extensive brokerage and consulting services to a wide range of clients from farm families to major national clients. Matt lives with his wife Lori in San Diego and enjoys family time with his four children and six grandchildren. He is passionate about Agribusiness, technology, philosophy, leadership, and global service projects. Free time includes training, surfing, stand-up paddling, deep sea fishing, and almost all ocean sports and outdoor activities.

Warren McCafferty

Warren McCafferty is a licensed real estate agent in California. Warren was raised in Durban, South Africa on a farm, and specializes in specialty crops, citrus, and avocado land. <br> Warren has a wife, Jamie, and two adult children, Samantha and Travor. During his free time, Warren enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, freediving, surfing, and back-country traveling/Baja.
