Brady Hammond

Brady Hammond


Brady Hammond is a licensed real estate agent in Indiana. Brady has always loved the land and has a passion for finding a property that he can help his clients improve so that they can meet their buying and selling goals. Brady has a background in agribusiness and farm management, as well as four years of experience in farming and sales. Brady is an Associate Member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA) and an Ivy Tech AGRI Program Advisory Board Member. With a designation in Agriculture Land Sales and Farm Management, Brady is equipped to help farmers and hunters buy and sell land with transparency and ease. His goal is to always find the best fit for his clients. In his free time, Brady enjoys spending time with his friends and family, practicing with his bow and arrow, and hunting. He has a passion to explore the land and the world and looks forward to his annual hunting trips out west, and fishing trips to Minnesota.

Chase Sullivan

Chase Sullivan


Meet Chase Sullivan, an Accredited Farm Manager (AFM) and real estate agent in Indiana and Ohio. Born and raised on a swine and grain farm in Indiana, farming has been a way of life for Chase. As a results-driven individual with a strong background in agriculture, sales, and client relationships, Chase aspires to help farmers, landowners, and those involved in agribusiness meet their goals and succeed in the industry. Chase has a wife, Janice, a daughter, Olivia, and a son, Grant. Together, they operate their own family farm, and are heavily involved in agriculture. When Chase isn’t working, he enjoys all things outdoors: hunting, fishing, golfing, and farming.

Doug Hodge

Doug Hodge


Douglas Hodge is a born and raised Michigan farmer and local land expert. Douglas received his ARA accreditation through the ASFMRA, and finished his tenure as ASFMRA president in September of 2022. As a member of the ASFMRA council since 2017, Douglas continues to conduct appraisal courses. After farming dairy cattle in Sanilac County until 1981, Douglas returned to college, got a degree, and then received his Michigan brokers license in 1984. Douglas currently owns a small farm specializing in the production of small grains for his flour mill where he produces stone ground flour and pancake mixes. Douglas has been married for 44 years, has two sons, one daughter in law, and two granddaughters. When he is not working, Douglas enjoys spending time with his family at their lake house in northern Michigan, fishing, and seeking out agribusiness opportunities to better his community.

Kyle Rule

Over his distinguished career in Indiana and Illinois real estate, Kyle Rule has built a business that truly reflects our vision: Buying and selling land becomes common, transparent, and easy. Kyle's involvement in over $500 million worth of land transactions over the last decade has provided him with a wealth of experiences and gained knowledge in both the buying and selling processes. Kyle Rule was born and raised on a small farm in central Indiana. After graduating from Purdue University, Kyle spent five years in education and coaching while starting his family with his wife Cheyenne, and daughters Kalli, Kennedy, and Kinley, and his son Palmer. He received his accreditation (AFM) through the ASFMRA in 2016, and he has professionally managed up to twenty thousand acres across Indiana and Illinois. Kyle brings many unique qualities, skills, and a visionary mindset to the farmland transaction arena that sets him apart from others and gives his clients an upper hand in accomplishing their goals and objectives. Additionally, he has developed a vast and deep network within the farmland and agriculture sector that provides further confidence in placing your trust in him and his team.

Kyle Spray

Kyle Spray


Kyle Spray is a licensed real estate agent in the states of Illinois and Indiana, and is an Accredited Farm Manager through the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. Spray began his career in real estate in 2019 after a fifteen year career in public education. Since 2019, he has facilitated over 8,500 acres of land sales transactions, primarily focused on row crop farms. Spray’s creative, cutting edge ability to meet the needs of his various agricultural clients is met with overwhelming success. Kyle Spray has been married to his wife, Alicia Spray, since 2009, and together they have two daughters, Brooklyn and Audrey. When Spray is not working, he and Alicia enjoy watching their children compete in various activities including basketball, softball, and showing pigs in their local 4H shows. They also enjoy golfing and cheering on the Purdue Boilermakers.

Neal Herr

Neal Herr


Neal Herr has been a licensed real estate agent in the states of Indiana and Michigan for fifteen years, and he received his Accredited Farm Management (AFM) certification in 2011. Prior to entering into the real estate sector, Herr graduated from Purdue university, spent twelve years in the commodity trade, and another ten years in management and manufacturing. Because of his background in management, Neal has an innovative approach to meeting consumer needs and creating an atmosphere where buying and selling land becomes simple for the client. Neal has successfully managed over forty thousand acres of farmland in Indiana and Michigan, and has sold over $100 million worth of farm and recreational land over his fifteen year career in agricultural real estate. Neal was born and raised on a farm in North Central Indiana, and he currently farms 2,000 acres and raises a small herd of registered cattle with his wife, Ashley Herr, and their son Carson Herr.

Sean Mumby

Sean Mumby


Sean Mumby is a born and raised Michigan farmer. After graduating from Michigan State University with a bachelor's degree in construction management, Sean received his Michigan real estate license to continue working within the agricultural sector. With 38 years of production agriculture experience, Sean has managed hundreds of acres at a time, including his own family acreage. <br> With row crop experience growing soybeans, corn, seed corn, wheat, sorghum, sweet corn, and other vegetables, Sean is a true land expert with the market knowledge and industry expertise to successfully help buyers and sellers throughout Michigan. In his free time, Sean enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors hunting, fishing, and hiking.
