David is the Managing Broker and Auctioneer of AcrePro Farm Agency and has been a licensed real estate professional in North Dakota and Minnesota since 2016. He was born and raised in Grand Forks, ND and graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2013 with a Business Management and Entrepreneurship degree. He spent the next five years in ag sales with CHS Inc. before launching his farmland sales and management business, The Farm Agency in 2018. David also owns and manages an equipment auction business, Resource Auction, which specializes in agricultural equipment sales. He and his team launched AcrePro Farm Agency in 2021. David and his wife, Annie, have four kids and live in Grand Forks.

About Dennis Biliske

Dennis is a licensed real estate agent.  2024 marks his 40th year as an auctioneer.  He has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions, having bought his first piece of land at age 14, which he still owns and actively farms.  He has a keen knowledge of farmland from the perspective of land owner, farm operator, investor, auctioneer and agent.  Dennis’ marketing experience coupled with his land knowledge and people skills bring a lot to the table for our sellers.  As founder of Resource Auction, Dennis has been involved in thousands of live and online auctions throughout North America, along with having conducted many large equipment auctions in southeast Asia.  Along with being an active auctioneer and land specialist, Dennis and his wife Sue live on and operate the family farm.  He is a past champion auctioneer and Hall of Fame Member in both the North Dakota and Minnesota State Auctioneer’s Associations.
