Ray Hauser is your local Iowa farmland expert. Ray received his real estate license in January of 2021, and he currently operates a small farm and vineyard in Iowa. Additionally, Ray currently invests in and manages farmland within his own portfolio. His goal has always been to bring an investment mindset to real estate. He strives to help buyers see new investment potential while also helping with emotional support as they make life changing purchases. In his free time, Ray and his wife also invest in and manage self-storage, multifamily, and industrial and commercial spaces. They have two children, Elsie and Calvin, who are involved in 4H projects raising bobwhite quail, and have a rescued pig as a pet. As a family, they enjoy spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, gardening, and playing sports.
