Jake Hofer has deep roots along the Illinois River on a deer farm in Henry, Illinois. While attending Western Illinois University, Jake received his Illinois brokers license before graduating with honors and entering into a full time career in agricultural real estate. In addition to his real estate business, Jake is the co-owner of Exodus Outdoor Gear, where he utilizes his local market expertise to handle marketing and produce podcasts for avid deer hunters. Jake also leads a weekly podcast called The Land Podcast that covers all things land, agribusiness, investing, and land market analysis. In Jake’s free time, he enjoys undertaking land improvement projects on his deer farms, and hiking with his Wife, Miranda, and his dog, Scout.
