Annie is a land broker licensed in North Dakota and Minnesota. Coming from a farming family, Annie has always been passionate about agriculture and farmland. She obtained a business marketing and finance degree from Bethel University in St. Paul and an MBA from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks. After her studies, she went back to work on the family farm and began her real estate practice in 2013. In 2018, she launched the farmland real estate and management company The Farm Agency. Annie and her husband, David, have three kids and live in Grand Forks.

Boyd Smith is a Nebraska native who grew up on an irrigated corn and soybean farm. He received his real estate license in July of 2009 and is a licensed broker in Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas and Colorado. Smith has professionally managed land in Nebraska, Kansas, and Iowa, working with landowners, trusts, LLCs, and corporations. In his free time, Smith enjoys helping his son, Trevor, on his row crop farm in York County, NE. He also has two grandchildren, Kenley and Kasen, and a wife, Lori. Together, they love to golf and spend time with friends.

Brad Belser graduated from Iowa State University with his Bachelor’s degree in marketing. His longtime passion for bowhunting, fishing and land led him to a career in land real estate. As a Central Illinois native, Brad grew up around some of the most fertile farmland and best whitetail deer hunting in the world. His years of experience have provided him with a knowledge and background to serve his clients throughout Central and West Central Illinois. When Brad isn’t farming or working on deer habitat at his home farm, he’s most likely in a tree stand or spending time with his wife and daughter.

Brady Hammond received his real estate license in Indiana in January of 2022. Brady has always loved the land and has a passion for finding a property that he can help his clients improve so that they can meet their buying and selling goals. Brady has a background in agribusiness and farm management, as well as four years of experience in farming and sales. With a designation in Agriculture Land Sales and Farm Management, Brady is equipped to help farmers and hunters buy and sell land with transparency and ease. His goal is to always find the best fit for his clients. In his free time, Brady enjoys spending time with his friends and family, practicing with his bow and arrow, and hunting. He has a passion to explore the land and the world and looks forward to his annual hunting trips out west, and fishing trips to Minnesota.

Brett Meyers

Brett Meyers


Brett Meyers is a farmland expert in North Dakota and Minnesota, specializing in tillable acreage and agribusiness. Brett has been actively farming for over 25 years, and along with his family, Brett currently farms and manages 10,000 acres in Eastern North Dakota and Western Minnesota. After graduating with a Management degree, Accounting degree, and an MBA, Brett began building his business in land real estate. He abides by the old adage, “When you are doing what you love, work isn’t really work!”

Craig Hanson

Craig grew up on a farm in northwest Minnesota and received a Bachelor's degree in Soil Sciences and Agricultural Economics from North Dakota State University. He began his career in the ag industry selling seed until becoming an Agricultural Lender with Farm Credit Services. He spent 32 years in Ag Finance, working with clients up and down the Red River Valley and beyond. This experience makes Craig a valuable asset for all of his clients looking to buy or sell land. Craig lives in Grand Forks with his wife Kristy. Outside of work, you can find Craig fishing, hunting, or hanging out with his five grandkids. Craig is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in North Dakota and Minnesota.

David Gorder

David Gorder


David is the Managing Broker and Auctioneer of AcrePro Farm Agency and has been a licensed real estate professional in North Dakota and Minnesota since 2016. He was born and raised in Grand Forks, ND and graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2013 with a Business Management and Entrepreneurship degree. He spent the next five years in ag sales with CHS Inc. before launching his farmland sales and management business, The Farm Agency in 2018. David also owns and manages an equipment auction business, Resource Auction, which specializes in agricultural equipment sales. He and his team launched AcrePro Farm Agency in 2021. David and his wife, Annie, have four kids and live in Grand Forks.

Doug Hodge

Doug Hodge


Douglas Hodge is a born and raised Michigan farmer and local land expert. Douglas received his ARA accreditation through the ASFMRA, and finished his tenure as ASFMRA president in September of 2022. As a member of the ASFMRA council since 2017, Douglas continues to conduct appraisal courses. After farming dairy cattle in Sanilac County until 1981, Douglas returned to college, got a degree, and then received his Michigan brokers license in 1984. Douglas currently owns a small farm specializing in the production of small grains for his flour mill where he produces stone ground flour and pancake mixes. Douglas has been married for 44 years, has two sons, one daughter in law, and two granddaughters. When he is not working, Douglas enjoys spending time with his family at their lake house in northern Michigan, fishing, and seeking out agribusiness opportunities to better his community.

Dylan Marschall

Dylan Marschall


Dylan Marschall is a 5th generation California farmer from San Diego, California. While obtaining his degree in finance with an emphasis on real estate, Dylan worked as an intern with Cushman and Wakefield doing real estate appraisals and consultation, specializing in land and agribusiness. He then worked as a full-time appraiser for three years before transitioning to transactional brokerage at CBRE. During his tenure at the world's largest commercial real estate firm, he was responsible for the growth of the National Agricultural Practice and participated in a wide range of significant real estate transactions, exclusively focused on agricultural properties and land. Dylan is now a Senior Vice President at Acre Pro, specializing in California Agribusiness and is also a partner on a specialty crop operation in San Diego that grows 400 acres of permanent plantings. When Dylan isn’t in the field or tending to client needs, he can be found surfing, fishing, or going on hikes with his chocolate lab (Doyle), wife (Samantha), and daughter (Saylor).

Gwin Smith

Since graduating from Mississippi State University in 1985 with a Master’s Degree in Agricultural Economics and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Gwin has lived in Memphis and worked in the agricultural real estate business. Starting out as a real estate appraiser in 1985, he and Jim Rutledge cofounded Rutledge Investment Company in 1989 as a regional agricultural mortgage banking firm that also originates and services loans throughout the Mid-South. Gwin is active in all phases of the farm real estate business. As a licensed real estate agent and has had extensive education in real estate and real estate appraisal. He has farming interests in Bolivar, Tunica and Yalobusha Counties, Mississippi and Cross and Crittenden County, Arkansas.
